I have over 20 years of experience in legal affairs, compliance, and internal auditing within the financial industry.

I have experience in a wide range of areas, including contract review (Japanese and English), policy development, anti-bribery measures, outsourcing management, and investigation of misconduct.

I have been involved in negotiations with overseas headquarters and expansion into the Asian region, handling legal and compliance risks.

Currently, as a freelancer, I provide remote support for general legal and compliance matters, including revisions to internal regulations, as well as GRC (Government Regulation Coordination) personnel training.

 

In terms of language skills, in addition to Japanese and English, I also understand German, Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Malay at a travel level.
